On Amazon Web Services in Sydney, with the Melbourne region used for backup and failover, so participant data stays in Australia. Personal information is handled in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

An accredited certification body audits how Netfront manages information security, including risk assessment, access control, supplier management and incident handling. Certification is kept through regular surveillance audits, so the controls are checked on an ongoing basis, not just once.

Yes. We provide documentation on data handling, hosting, security and accessibility for your ethics application and your institution's supplier review, and design the platform around the approved protocol.

Data capture is built into each platform, with export for statistical analysis, so most studies do not need a separate system. Where a study uses REDCap or another electronic data capture system, we integrate the platform with it.
